The direct accessible beach and walking trails to the river and beach are mostly not suitable for the elderly or persons with any disabilities as the pathways are steep and have steps.

For more information, please feel free to contact the resort directly.Please present your confirmation letter upon arrival. A breakage deposit of R500.00 is due and will be refundable after the unit's inventory has been checked by your appointed Housekeeping Service Provider at the end of your stay. The units are not wheelchair friendly. No pets allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the unit or in public areas. Please supply your own swimming towels. Resort towel changes will only be done every Wednesday. Additional towel and linen changes are available daily at a cost to the guest. Every guest will receive a free gate pass to The Wild Coast Sun Casino which will only be valid for the period of the stay at Caribbean Estates.

Please note that there is no undercover parking for Montego Bay units at Caribbean Shareblock due to severe lime seepage. They do however have one uncovered parking space. Tortuga has perfectly safe undercover parkings for every unit, so no changes need to be done there.
