Please be assured that the Resort is diligently applying rigorous control measures to manage the situation as effectively as possible. No over occupancy will be allowed, this includes all ages. A key / breakage deposit of R1 500-00 payable on arrival. The Gate Times are: Monday to Sunday – 06h00 am until 22h00 pm. If the guests arrive outside of that specific time frame there is an after hour’s number displayed on the gate that can be contacted for the security to open. Strictly No Pets are allowed (Birds included). ONLY cash and credit cards will be accepted at the Resort, NO CHEQUES accepted. Please remember to bring swimming towels, should you wish to make use of these amenities.The Reception times are: Mondays 07h30-18h30, Tuesdays-Thursdays 07h30-16h30, Fridays 07h30-19h30, Saturdays 07h30-12h30, Sundays – Closed. Confirmation letters need to be presented at point of check-in. In the event that the member wishes to transfer usage of the confirmed booking to another person, then is such an event, the member must obtain a Guest Certificate, failing which access to the Resort will be denied. The Resort will be obliged to refuse admittance if the confirmation letter is not produced or the person wishing to use the booking is not the member as stated on the confirmation letter, (proof of identification required on check in) or is not in possession of a guest certificate, or if the indemnity form is not duly completed or signed. If you depart early from the Resort, please leave your chalet keys with the security guard. Maximum of 4 day visitors allowed per chalet at a cost of R70-00 per vehicle. The maximum speed limit on the Resort is 25 km. Due to factors beyond our control, possible power cuts may occur. Please be advised that VRS ACT, the Resort, its management and staff cannot be held liable for power cuts on the Resort. No rifles, pellet guns, crossbows or drowns of any sort are allowed on the Resort. Please do not feed the animals at the Lodge area.

UNIT NOTICES:
Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the chalets or any public area, demarcated smoking areas available. We recommend that you keep all the chalet doors and windows closed and make use of the air-conditioner. The chalets are supplied with borehole water. All units have a built in braai on the outside Patio. Chalets with thatch roofs – make use of CHARCOAL only. Patio cushions are supplied and can be located inside the chalet. Covered parking for one vehicle only. Only two vehicle allowed per chalet. The chalets are self-catering and fully equipped. Chalets are serviced daily between 09h00-15h00.

COMMERCIAL NOTICES: Game drives and Crocodile tour bookings can be made at the Bar or Restaurant. No private vehicles are allowed on the game farm.
