About Baywater Village
Situated on the shores of Swartvlei Lake in the heart of the Garden Route, Baywater Village offers idyllic surroundings and excellent facilities. It is ideal for a fun filled; activity packed family holiday or an easygoing, peaceful getaway.

The resort does not do daily linen changes. With the country’s current state of water shortages we are trying to save water by not washing towels every day. Towels will gladly be changed on request or by leaving your towels in the bath or washing basket. Charges do apply if service is abused.
The units are not wheelchair friendly.
Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12
There are no chalets on the waterfront.
Chalets are serviced daily except for Sundays and Public holidays. This includes cleaning of the braai areas and changing of dustbins.
Uncovered parking is available for every unit.
Please note that we are currently busy with unit renovations and this may cause some noise disturbances depending on the location of your unit. Noise will only commence from 10AM in consideration of our guests.
Chalet keys will not be handed out to any person who does not have a valid guest certificate (Original) in their possession, together with proof of identification.
The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated.
Members may not use the facilities at Pine Lake Marina.
Paddle boats and canoes are free to use. There is an additional cost to some of the other water sport activities.
A Recreational fishing permit can be bought at the Sedgefield Post Office or San Parks Offices, this will allow you to fish at Baywater Village.
